Shipping & Delivery
It takes approximately 1-2 days to dispatch the item. We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ requirements. If you need your order urgently or in time for a specific date, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to have your item ready.
All orders are beautifully gift wrapped so you or that someone special can unwrap the treasure inside.
Items arrive in unmarked black bubble envelope to ensure no surprise is spoiled.
Delivery within the UK
We offer free delivery within the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. This service is fully insured during transit and is a next-day delivery service, which will arrive before 1pm the day after we post the item and will require a signature. For this reason it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address or to a hotel. If you are out, Royal Mail will leave a card. The package can be collected from your local Post Office or a re-delivery arranged with Royal Mail.
Deliveries outside the UKFor delivery outside the UK for items under £250 we offer free delivery by Royal Mail International Signed service. Please note the delivery may take 5-7 working days.For delivery outside the UK for items over £250 we offer DHL courier service. The cost of postage for items under £800 is £15. Any item over £800 will be charged at £20. All items will be securely packed and fully insured. The delivery takes 2 to 3 days to the most destinations in the world.
Items from our site may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Important Notes
• Shipping times may be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times.
• It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

Easy Returns - Money Back Guarantee
We offer ‘no quibble' 14 day full money back guarantee on all online purchases. Alternatively, you have 30 days from placing your order for an exchange. Items must be returned in the same condition we sent them in. All you pay for is the return cost of shipping and insurance. All items must be returned to Kashovska Vintage Collection via Royal Mail Special Delivery for proof of delivery. Please insure the item for a maximum value, which currently is £2,500.
For international returns please return by DHL courier service. The package must be insured to the full value of the item.

We will accept returned goods for a refund under the following conditions:
Please email or telephone us within 14 days of receipt of the item/s to let us know of your intention to return the item
Please return the item/s to us within another 48 hours via a secure and insured service, at your expense. Please enclose a copy of the receipt, and return the item in the original packaging.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received by you - damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.
